b. AI-Assisted Promotional Materials

Certain marketing visuals (e.g., drama posters, social media graphics) are created using AI-powered design tools under human supervision. These materials:

Undergo rigorous review by our creative team for quality and complianceAre clearly identifiable as promotional contentRemain subject to all intellectual property protections outlined herein

Unauthorized use of AI-generated or human-created materials is expressly prohibited.

c. License Restrictions

Your access to LOOKTVSHOW grants only:

Non-commercial, personal viewing rights

Temporary caching for site performance

No derivative works, republication, or redistribution

10.Limitation of Liability

We provide the Services "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of the Services, including indirect or consequential damages.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOOKTVSHOW and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12.Dispute Resolution

c. Exceptions to Arbitration

Claims that qualify for small claims court jurisdiction may be brought in such courts, provided they proceed on an individual basis.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, together with all other applicable local laws relevant to the merchant’s operations. This includes, without limitation, the laws of the merchant’s place of business registration ( CO), the jurisdictions in which the merchant conducts business activities or provides services, the locations where customers or cardholders are situated, and any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to our acquiring partners, payment processors, and service providers. All governing laws shall apply without regard to any conflict-of-law principles.
